Farmhouse Productions is a sustainable organic farming cooperative based out of Kam Tin in the New Territories. With the use regenerative farming and growing within Hong Kong, not only is the carbon footprint of their vegetables significantly lowered, but the nutritional content of their products and the health of soil is increased greatly. Regenerative farming is a completely closed loop system where organic waste can be utilised in the regeneration of new materials (crops). If you are looking for locally sourced vegetables, their home delivery service has you covered.
