Green Monday makes low-carbon and sustainable living simple. Founded in 2012 in Hong Kong, Green Monday is aimed at tackling climate change and ensuring food security. Their mission is to construct a multi-faceted global ecosystem of future food that combats climate change, food insecurity, planetary devastation and animal suffering. They have also launched various ventures in the green food industry to promote more sustainable consumption.
