Roganic
Founded by a world renowned British chef Simon Rogan, Roganic is a high end, one Michelin starred sustainable restaurant located in Causeway Bay. In 2020, it was also awarded a Michelin Green Star. Roganic strives to use locally sourced, farm-to-table ingredients, in addition to implementing biodegradable packaging. At Roganic, you can enjoy an unforgettable fine dining experience knowing that it is delicious, but also sustainable, and minimal waste.
